• Plan, survey, design, inspect, and conduct engineering analysis related to highway maintenance, highway safety, and small-scale construction projects of Highway Districts.
• Plan and implement medium-scale construction projects and maintain the assigned highway network.
• Carry out land acquisition and legal affairs.
• Plan, manage, and maintain machinery and vehicles.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor the operations of Highway Districts to ensure compliance with policies, plans, and objectives.
• Carry out highway-related permits as assigned under the Highway Act.
• Provide consultation, technical advice, and academic support to Highway Districts and other agencies.
• Collaborate with or support other related agencies as assigned.
